Thirty nights to be sure

Dogs are particular about where they sleep, and some take a fortnight to commit to anything new. So you get thirty nights to find out, and if it is not for them, we take it back.

30-night sleep trial

Thirty nights from the day it arrives, and your pet may sleep on it. That is the whole point. A bed that has been slept on can still come back.

Free returns in three regions

Returns are free for orders delivered to the USA (excluding US territories, Alaska and Hawaii), the United Kingdom and the European Union.

Two things to keep

The box, because that is what it travels home in, and the naming kit, unapplied. Iron the letters on and the bed counts as personalised, which means it can no longer be returned.

How it works

Sending something back

Start within thirty days of delivery. Anything raised after that may not be accepted.

Start a return

Your request must be made within 30 days of receiving your product. Items may be unboxed and used but must be returned undamaged and in a resaleable condition, repacked in their original packaging with all supplied accessories. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on a bed if any letters from the supplied naming kit have been applied to the bed frame.

Start it online
Open our returns portal, enter your order number and email, and choose a refund or an exchange for the other size.
We send a label
For orders delivered to the USA, UK or EU, we send a prepaid label. Hand the parcel to the carrier within ten working days of receiving it.
Pack it as it came
Back in its original box with all the accessories and documentation. Signs of a pet having used the bed are expected; damage, missing parts and applied naming letters are not.
We refund you
We aim to credit your original payment method within ten working days of the parcel reaching us. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Free shipping, from inside your region

We hold stock in the UK and the USA, and ship to the EU from the UK. That means no import fees, no customs paperwork, and no delivery charge, on every order, at every size.
